The Academic Studies Coordination Office provides the following services:
- Managing the typesetting processes of academic journals operating within our university,
- Managing the typesetting processes of the publication named "GÖZ Journal," published within the Faculty of Communication,
- Publishing the academic journals whose typesetting processes are completed in electronic environments (Dergipark and their own websites),
- Providing technical support to journal editors and assistant editors regarding article processes conducted through Dergipark,
- Providing the necessary technical support for the acceptance of academic journals into indices (e.g., TR-Dizin),
- Providing technical support for updates to be made on the academic journals' own websites,
- Obtaining DOI numbers for the published issues of academic journals and the articles within these issues, in coordination with our university's Department of Library and Documentation,
- Archiving the peer-review process reports of articles in the published issues of academic journals, both electronically and in print,
- Forwarding the necessary printing materials for academic journals and managing the internal and external distribution processes of their printed editions in coordination with our university's Purchasing Directorate,
- Monitoring the processes of books and e-books published within our university, in coordination with the Department of Library and Documentation.
