​In addition to feedback from department WhatsApp groups and department representatives, we collect feedback from all students through the Class Academic Observation program, which is conducted with all students after the midterm exams each semester. This program involves a comprehensive focus group study with the Dean's Office, Department Head, Advisor, and students regarding the content and processes of the courses and other related issues.

Furthermore, opinions, suggestions, and complaints submitted through the IAÜ Orange Desk and Feedback System are responded to within 72 hours.

We also receive detailed feedback from our students through the Class Academic Observation activity, which is implemented in all departments and classes each semester.
