1. What is the language of instruction?
Undergraduate programs at the Faculty are offered in Turkish and English. The language of instruction is determined by the program in which the student is enrolled.
2. What are the graduation requirements?
In order to graduate, students are required to successfully complete a total of 240 ECTS credits and achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.00.
3. How is the curriculum structured?
Each program's curriculum consists of compulsory courses, departmental elective courses, faculty elective courses, and university-wide elective courses. The total workload of these courses is structured to amount to 240 ECTS credits.
4. Is there an on-the-job training course or internship opportunity?
Students may complete mandatory or optional internships within the scope of the On-the-Job Training (Work-Based Learning) course included in the curriculum. This practice aims to enhance students' professional experience and enable them to become familiar with the business world.
5. What career opportunities are available after graduation?
Graduates may pursue careers in various fields, including banking, finance, accounting, international trade, public sector, aviation and logistics, management, consulting, and academia.
6. Can students benefit from Erasmus+ and international exchange programs?
Yes. Students have the opportunity to study abroad within the scope of Erasmus+ and other international exchange programs.
7. Are Double Major and Minor programs available?
Students who meet the academic requirements may apply for Double Major and Minor programs in accordance with the relevant university regulations.
8. Is academic advising provided?
Yes. Each student is assigned an academic advisor who provides guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development throughout the study period.
9. What is the resit (make-up) exam, and who is eligible to take it?
The resit exam is an additional examination opportunity offered for courses in which students were unsuccessful. All students who receive DD, DC, FF, or FD grades are eligible to take the resit exam.
10. How is assessment and evaluation conducted?
Assessment and evaluation are carried out using various methods such as midterm exams, final exams, resit exams, assignments, projects, and practical applications. The assessment criteria and evaluation methods are clearly specified in the course syllabus for each course.
