The Aviation Management department offers a four-year all-English education program after one year of English preparatory education. The aim of the department is to train executive candidates who have a good command of business management in the civil aviation sector, which is starting to grow rapidly and is considered one of the most popular sectors in the near future, and who can adapt quickly to national and international environments. Department students offer department students the opportunity to study abroad for one or two semesters with Erasmus Plus and Mevlâna exchange programs, and have students get an on-site practice once a week for three semesters in leading companies in the industry so that they can be intertwined with the industry even before they start their business life. Within the scope of the department, civil aviation is a rapidly developing field in Turkey, and in parallel, the shortage of specialized workforce is increasing day by day. The career opportunities of the graduates of the department consist of managerial positions in both national and international airline companies and airports, as well as companies providing support and ground handling services in the civil aviation sector, and our graduates can also be appointed to civil servant positions within the general directorate of civil aviation by taking the relevant exams. In addition to the courses, it is aimed that the students will be ready for lower level managerial duties when they graduate with business and management courses. In addition, the education given to our students is given with the support of lecturers from senior managers who are professional and experienced in the sector, especially in aviation courses, so that they get the most up-to-date and academic information from experts in the subject. Considering the fact that the sector has higher job and wage satisfaction compared to other sectors, a happy and successful future awaits our graduates.
