The Bachelor’s Program in Aviation Management (English) is a four-year (eight-semester) undergraduate program conducted in English. The program is offered under the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Istanbul Aydın University and is positioned at the intersection of business administration, economics, law, management sciences, and aviation disciplines. The primary aim of the program is to train qualified professionals who can meet the managerial and administrative needs of the civil aviation sector.
The curriculum provides students with a strong academic foundation in areas such as aviation management, airport and airline operations, aviation law, finance, marketing, human resources, and logistics management. The program aims to develop professionals who are not only well-versed in Turkey’s civil aviation sector but also capable of analytical thinking and solution-oriented approaches within the global aviation industry.
In addition, the program offers students a comprehensive perspective on the sector by addressing international aviation standards, global logistics, and air transport trends. Through courses such as international aviation regulations, airline management, airport management, and multicultural organizational management, students acquire the competencies necessary to play an effective role in the global aviation environment.
