​​​​You must have a valid residence permit in Turkey in order to apply for Work Permit. If you want to work in Turkey, you can not apply for yourself. Only the company can apply for the person. The procedure takes time and the company will follow this process. After everything completed, if it is aprroved from Republic of Turkey Ministry of Labour and Social Security you can receive your card within 2 weeks. And when you receive ​the card, the company can start your insurance process.
