The agenda of the meeting was voted upon. The meeting quorum was met, and discussions on the agenda commenced.
- Discussion on determining the "Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs" planned to be opened within our University for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
- Discussion on the "Letter Grade Passing Status" of the course "GRI401 Entrepreneurship (2-0-2) 2 ECTS" included in the curriculum of our University's Faculty of Dentistry.
- Discussion on the removal of the condition to obtain at least "CB letter grade" from the elective course "PSI454 Case Analysis in Children and Adolescents (3+0+3) 4 ECTS" of the Psychology Department, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, our University.
- Incoming documents and proposals.
DECISIONS
1. The matter of determining the "Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs" planned to be opened within our University for the 2025-2026 Academic Year was discussed. Following the discussion, it was decided to update the "Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs" planned to be opened for the 2025-2026 Academic Year as specified below, based on the decision of our University Senate dated 04.12.2024 and numbered 2024/15-02. It was decided to refer the matter to the Rector's Office for necessary action regarding the update. (Two members abstained)

2. The "Letter Grade Passing Status" of the course "GRI401 Entrepreneurship (2-0-2) 2 ECTS" included in the curriculum of our University's Faculty of Dentistry was discussed. Following the discussion; considering that education is conducted on an annual basis and the grade promotion system is applied in our University's Faculty of Dentistry, and that students who advance to the next grade have a General Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00 or above out of 4.00, it was unanimously decided to reject the proposal to consider students who have taken the "GRI401 Entrepreneurship (2-0-2) 2 ECTS" course and received DD or DC grades as successful. Instead, it was unanimously decided to remove this course from the compulsory course status in the curriculum of the Faculty of Dentistry and to refer the matter to the Rector's Office for necessary action.
3. The matter of removing the condition to obtain at least "CB letter grade" from the elective course "PSI454 Case Analysis in Children and Adolescents (3+0+3) 4 ECTS" of the Psychology Department, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, our University, was discussed. Following the discussion; it was unanimously decided to remove the prerequisite condition of obtaining at least a CB letter grade from the course "PSI457 Case Analysis in Cognitive Psychology (3+0+3) 4 ECTS", which is a prerequisite for the elective course "PSI454 Case Analysis in Children and Adolescents (3+0+3) 4 ECTS" in our University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences curriculum, and to also remove the prerequisite application applied due to these two courses being electives. It was decided to refer the matter to the Rector's Office for necessary action.
4. As there were no incoming documents or proposals, the meeting was adjourned with good wishes.
