Discussion of opening a course within the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Art and Culture Management, under the "Delightfull Istanbul International Winter School".
Discussion of opening a course within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations (English), under the "Delightfull Istanbul Winter School".
Discussion of adding courses to the curriculum of the Department of New Media and Communication, Faculty of Communication.
Discussion of establishing the "IAU Faculty of Fine Arts Graduation Project Course Implementation Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Fine Arts.
Discussion of establishing the "IAU Faculty of Applied Sciences Graduation Project Course Implementation Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Applied Sciences.
Discussion of establishing the "IAU Faculty of Sports Sciences Graduation Project Course Implementation Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

DECISIONS

It was discussed to open a course within the scope of the "Delightfull İstanbul International Winter School" in the Department of Art and Cultural Management, Faculty of Fine Arts of our university. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the course with the information below should be opened in the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

It was discussed to open a course within the scope of the "Delightfull İstanbul Winter School" in the Department of Political Science and International Relations (English) of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of our university. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the course with the information below should be opened in the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

* It was discussed to add a course to the elective curriculum of the Department of New Media and Communication, Faculty of Communication. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the course "YMIXXX Film Practices in New Media" should be added from the Fall semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, and the other courses from the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

It was discussed to determine the "IAU Faculty of Fine Arts Graduation Project Course Application Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Fine Arts. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the "IAU Faculty of Fine Arts Graduation Project Course Application Principles" as presented in (EK-1) be approved and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.
It was discussed to determine the "IAU Faculty of Applied Sciences Graduation Project Course Application Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the "IAU Faculty of Applied Sciences Graduation Project Course Application Principles" as presented in (EK-2) be approved and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

It was discussed to determine the "IAU Faculty of Sport Sciences Graduation Project Course Application Principles" prepared by the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the "IAU Faculty of Sport Sciences Graduation Project Course Application Principles" as presented in (EK-3) be approved and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.
It was discussed to make amendments to the "İstanbul Aydın University Publication Principles Directive". Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the amendments listed below be made and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

T.C. İSTANBUL AYDIN UNIVERSITY PUBLICATION PRINCIPLES DIRECTIVE

* It was discussed to add a "Faculty Elective" course to the curriculum of our Faculty of Law. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the course detailed below should be added from the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

It was discussed to authorize the "Technology and Transfer Project Management Office (TTPYO)" to receive inventions resulting from scientific studies or research conducted within our university. Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that authorizing this unit for the mentioned purpose is appropriate and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.
It was discussed to make amendments to the "İstanbul Aydın University Directive on Scientific and Artistic Publications and Activities Incentives". Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the amendments listed below be made and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

SCIENTIFIC AND ARTISTIC PUBLICATIONS AND ACTIVITIES INCENTIVE DIRECTIVE

It was discussed to determine the "Istanbul Aydın University Sustainability Coordination and Sustainability Board Directive". Following the discussion, it was unanimously decided that the directive, as presented in (Ek-4), be approved and submitted to the Rectorate for necessary action.

Since there were no incoming documents or proposals, the meeting was concluded with well wishes.
