Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of the course is to give information on analytical biochemistry, microbiologic analysis and measurement quality, design of analytical procedures, teach method validation and quality control systems, and give information on laboratory validation.
Course Content -

Weekly Course Subjects

1The differentiation of the analytical process, the quality of the analytical procedures and quality control. The preperation of analytical ethods, the preperation of samples for analysis
2The caracterization of analytical methods, calibration, the detection limits, blank values. Preperation of standards, applying internal standard, daily adjustments.
3Analysis errors, uncertainty calculations, matrix effect
4Making analysis routine, routine quality control tests, accuracy controls
5Blank values traceability, recovery tests, reporting of analytical results
6Quality problems in routine analysis, documentation. Internal planning of laboratory tests, procedures, effects of internal quality control results
7Exam
8External quality control, inter-laboratory tests
9Definitions, quality and quality management. Analytical terms, results, deviation, uncertainty, statistical tests
