Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To acquire knowledge and skills on application of molecular biology techniques
Course Content	Techniques used in Moelcular Biology and Genetics: PCR, RT-PCR, Agarose Jel Electrophoresis, Southern Blot, RFLP, etc.

5	Quantification by spectrophotometric technique
6	Agarose preperation (weigh and resolve)
7	Preperation of agarose tank and pour agarose
8	Conducting and screening of agarose jel with Genomic DNA sample
9	Preperation of PCR mix (for specific gene)
10	Amplification of target region of DNA with PCR technique
11	Conducting, Screening and Interpretation of Agarose Jel containing specific PCR product
12	Preperation of RFLP mix
13	Application of restriction enzyme procedure to RFLP mix
14	Conducting, Screening and Interpretation of Agarose Jel containing specific RFLP product
