Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Ability to comprehend the fundamental elements of computer-aided drafting and design (CAD). Ability to draw drawings in a computer environment using the AutoCAD package program for two-dimensional technical drawing applications. Ability to save drawings and make changes to previously created drawings.
Course Content	Teaching two-dimensional drawing techniques specific to the topics in the relevant field. Use of the AutoCAD program.

7	Introduction of drawing modes (grid, snap, ortho..) and their applications
8	Introduction to editing commands (erase, move, rotate) and their applications
9	Midterm exam
10	Introduction to editing commands (trim, extend, copy) and their applications
11	Introduction to editing commands (mirror, fillet, chamfer) and their applications
12	Introduction to edit commands (array, explode, offset, scale) and their applications
13	Introduction and applications of the Dimension command
14	Creating Layers and drawing using different layers
