Purpose and Content

The aim of the course 1. Mastering AutoCAD Electrical Software: Learn the interface, tools, and commands of AutoCAD Electrical to effectively use the software for electrical design tasks. 2. Developing the Ability to Create Electrical Schematics and Diagrams: Gain the skill to design accurate electrical schematics, single-line, and multi-line diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical’s specialized symbols and components. 3. Mastering Electrical Panel Layout Design: Learn to create and optimize electrical panel layouts, arranging components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers according to industry standards. 4. Understanding and Applying Electrical Design Standards: Learn to apply relevant design standards (e.g., IEC, NEMA, UL) to ensure the safety, compliance, and quality of electrical systems. 5. Designing Control Circuits and Automation Systems: Learn to design and integrate control circuits for various applications, including motor control, lighting control, and relay logic. 6. Applying Circuit Protection Techniques: Learn to select and integrate appropriate circuit protection devices, such as fuses and circuit breakers, to ensure the safe operation of electrical systems. 7. Managing Complete Electrical Design Projects: Understand the entire workflow of electrical panel design, including schematic creation, layout, bill of materials (BOM) generation, and final documentation, ensuring efficient project completion.
Course Content A three-phase electrical system has been designed and implemented to meet the specific requirements of factories and training halls, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing students with hands-on learning opportunities. - System Design: Components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and relays have been properly sized, with clear single-line and multi-line diagrams for better understanding. - Panel Installation: Durable, accessible, and secure panels have been installed with proper grounding and insulation measures. - Training Panel Features: Voltage, current, and frequency meters, protection devices, and a clear labeling system have been integrated for ease of learning. - Safety and Usability: Emergency stop and overload protection measures have been implemented, with panels positioned for easy student access. - Training and Testing Process: A modular structure has been developed for troubleshooting and power system training, with calibration and testing completed to ensure efficiency.
