MISSION

The mission of our faculty is to equip students with the subject-specific and pedagogical knowledge required for the teaching profession in line with contemporary teaching methods and techniques, and to train teachers who are inquisitive and analytical thinkers, technologically literate, able to integrate theory and practice, sensitive to ethical principles, culturally and artistically aware, strong communication skills, embrace lifelong learning, and possess a sense of social responsibility. To this end, our faculty is committed to conducting high-quality education and training processes, developing effective partnerships with stakeholders, and creating learning environments that support students' social and academic development and are characterized by a culture of love and tolerance.

VISION

As the Faculty of Education, we aim to provide educational environments that equip teacher candidates with contemporary professional knowledge and skills by establishing a strong position in teacher training processes both nationally and internationally. Our priority is to encourage diversity and versatility in education by training teacher candidates to become creative, inquisitive, and leadership-oriented teachers equipped with a sense of social responsibility. We aim to contribute to social transformation by achieving international standards in scientific, cultural, and artistic activities and by developing innovative solutions in education.

Our fundamental goal is to ensure that our students grow into teachers who are open to development, socially conscious, embrace national and universal values, are equipped with scientific thinking skills, are creative and innovative, have an interdisciplinary and inclusive approach, and preserve and develop their moral, human, and cultural values.
