Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To convey the students what the required social responsibility and ethics values are and to make them embrace these values.
Course Content	The responsibility of individuals to their self, family, society, environment, their value judgments, professional ethics principles, corporate social responsibility and the agreements related to this context in the international arena will be discusssed.

Learning Outcomes

To have knowledge related to the office management at a basic level.
To implement executive assisstant's duties and responsibilities.
To follow the flow of documents inside and outside of the corporation.
To have the knowledge related to the employer-employee relations, social security and responsibilities.
To prepare the professional correspondence.
To have the knowledge related to the principles of protocol and implement them in the organization.
To have the knowledge of professional ethics.
To implement filing and archiving techniques.
To analyze, to interpret and to evaluate the knowledge related to office management.
To be able to communicate personal and organizational.
To represent the organization and to implement the rules of protocol.
Has a sufficient level of foreign language.
To arrange inter-department meetings, to set an agenda and to prepare report.
To do mathematical operation and to do operations related to logic.
Fast touch typing.
To prepare official correspondence in computer.
To do pre-accurancy operations.
To perform given duties and responsibilities in the best way.
To take responsibility to solve faced problems in the organization as a team member.
To use time efficiently in organizational activities.
Arranging successful meetings.

To make decision and to take initiative within the frame of their authorization.
To be able to use software and information and communication technologies at least at the Europe Computer Using Licence basic level.

To transfer ideas related to office management and executive assisstantship in verbal and non-verbal communication way at the level of owned basic knowledge and skill.
