Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Aim of the course is to educate asisstants who manages the administrator, who have management-organization-effective communication knowledge, and who have personal and professional knowledge for fulfilling their mission to represent executives and corporate image.
Course Content Management, functions of management, characteristics of management, managers expectations from assistant managers, personal characteristics of an executive assistant , professional skills, job definition, areas of responsibility, executive assistant's verbal-nonverbal-written communication skills, etiquette and protocol rules to be considered, meeting management, arranging appointment and business trips, image management, time management, crisis and stress management, ethics, mobbing, emotional intelligence
