Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Aim of the course is to develop appropriate and efficient ability to establish an effective filing and archiving system in public and private institutions . Aim of the course is also to record the document to be referral to the appropriate file, to archive, files that do notneed to have at hand under appropriate circumstances, to able to bring them into use and to do extraction and disposal operations.
Course Content The importance of establishing an effective filing and archiving systems and policies, document types, file types, the process of filing procedures, the types of filing, archiving process, procedures, types of archives, and extraction and disposal process in archives.
