1. What is my student e-mail address?
As an Istanbul Aydın University student, you must use your corporate e-mail address with the extension @stu.aydin.edu.tr for all academic communication. You can contact the IT Department to learn how to access and use your address.
2. I get a 'Wrong User/Password' warning while logging into UBIS or I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can get a new password from the "Forgot My Password" option on the UBIS User Login page. You can get support from the IT Department for password transactions.
3. I get a 'No Authorization' error while trying to join live classes. What should I do?
If you receive the 'No Authorization to Enter the Course' message during live course access, you should contact the Distance Education Application and Research Center.

4. How can I join live classes?
Log in to the UBIS system with your user information. Click on the "Online Courses" tab on the left bar. In the page that opens, you can join the virtual classroom by clicking the "Start Live Course" button that is activated during the course hour.
5. Can I follow my lessons via tablet, computer or mobile phone?
Yes. Our university's distance education infrastructure is fully compatible with all mobile devices. You can follow your courses and recorded videos via tablet or phone by logging into UBIS from your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.
6. When can I watch the video recordings of the lessons I could not attend live?
Video recordings of live lessons are automatically opened for offline access shortly after the session is completed. In order not to have any problems in the attendance process, you must watch the relevant week's course recordings within the same week.
7. What should I do if my connection drops during the online exam? Will my exam be cancelled?
Do not panic, every answer you give during online exams is saved instantly. If your connection is lost, you can continue the exam from where you left off when you log in to the system again within the exam period. However, you must use the same device and browser to re-enter the exam.
8. How can I reach the instructor of the course?
You can view the courses you have selected via UBIS under the "Enrolled Courses" option based on Course Code, Course Name, Section, and Instructor. You can reach the instructor via their corporate e-mail.

9. Is there a help desk for technical problems I experience with online courses?
After logging into the Online Courses tab via UBIS, you can create a technical support form by clicking the "Open Help Desk" button. Forms are transmitted instantly to our technical team.

10. How can I access the UZEP page?
You can access UZEP in two ways:
