Message from the Program Director

The aviation sector is a strategic field that is continuously evolving through international regulations, safety standards, digital transformation, and sustainability goals, and it requires highly qualified human resources. The Aviation Management (English) Undergraduate Program is structured in line with the current and anticipated needs of the sector, based on measurable learning outcomes and a continuous improvement approach.

The educational objectives and learning outcomes of the program are determined by taking into account the regulations of civil aviation authorities, international academic standards, and stakeholder feedback. The curriculum is regularly updated through program evaluations, analysis of course learning outcomes, and student feedback.

Through the program, students acquire measurable knowledge and skills in airline and airport management, aviation law, safety management systems, human resources management, operations planning, and strategic management. Delivered entirely in English, the program supports students in gaining proficiency in international aviation terminology while also enhancing their ability to adapt to multicultural working environments.

The Aviation Management (English) Program offers students various academic and international opportunities, including:

- Minor and Double Major Opportunities: Students may broaden their academic experience through minor or double major programs aligned with their interests.

- International Exchange Programs: Within the scope of the program, students may study abroad for one or two semesters, gaining a global perspective.

- Postgraduate Study Opportunities: Graduates may pursue master's degree programs either domestically or internationally to further advance their academic and professional careers.

The success of the program is regularly evaluated through graduate tracking studies, employer feedback, and data obtained from internships and industry collaborations. The findings are directly utilized in updating the program's educational objectives and learning outcomes.

Our aim is to educate graduates who can meet the national and international needs of the aviation sector and who are equipped with ethical awareness, analytical thinking skills, and a strong focus on quality and safety management.
