Students in the Aviation Management (English) Undergraduate Program are considered active stakeholders in the educational and quality improvement processes. Through student representation, they participate in departmental and faculty committees, providing feedback and suggestions to the administration. Regular course, instructor, and program evaluation surveys are conducted, and the results are used to enhance the quality of education.
In addition, the program implements an academic observation system, where each class's academic and administrative issues are periodically reported to the relevant units and addressed systematically. The mentor–mentee program also provides first-year students with guidance and support in academic and social adaptation, offered by voluntary fourth-year students.
These participation and feedback mechanisms are designed to ensure that students contribute to decision-making processes and actively support the continuous development of the program.
