Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To understand the importance of Supply Chain Management and to learn its functioning.
Course Content Supply chain basic functions, structure and development, supply chain members, supply chain functioning and strategies, supply chain design and modeling, supply chain and competitive advantage, demand forecasting and planning, pricing of products, inventory management, supply and supplier management, supply chain management production and distribution processes, performance metrics, supply chain management, supply chain practices examples in the world and Turkey constitute the scope of this course.
