Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to provide a solid grounding to students interested in managing creativity and the various aspects of the innovation process within organizations.
Course Content This course contains the concept of innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity, creativity and the individual creativity in the organisational context. The barriers to creativity and innovation are explained. Managing creativity, innovation in organizations and building the innovation capability of an organization are analyzed.
