Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The course aims to provide the fundamental knowledge about how individuals and groups behave in organizations and also insights on how this knowledge may be applied to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.
Course Content Individual behaviors, communication among individuals , communication in group and between groups that takes place in organizations, conceptual tools for analyzing behaviors, role of management to improve individual, group and organizational performance are some subjects of this course.
