Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The most important function that brings institutions to the future is the ability to produce innovation and business. The course aims to teach students how to solve problems by triggering entrepreneurial spirit, solving problem by solving problems in institutions, finding atomic solutions in a simple and agile way and applying them in small model, testing, measuring, solving problems with feedbacks, aims to raise awareness of talent. In doing so, entrepreneurial spirit aims to get the basic infrastructure for value proposition, customer segments, access channels, customer relationships, income items, key resources, key activities, key business partners and cost model.
Course Content This course is an introductory course to business modeling and development work, from the idea, the problem and the innovation. Knowledge, experience, error, and lessons for practitioners with ideas and entrepreneurial spirit.
