​The academic, technical and administrative staff working in the Istanbul Aydın University Yacht Master Program play an important role in carrying out educational, practical and sectoral cooperation activities effectively and safely. The academic staff are responsible for conducting the theoretical and practical courses at the associate degree level; preparing and developing course content in line with current maritime legislation; planning the navigation laboratory and simulator applications; and supporting students' academic advising, career guidance and sea internship processes.

The technical and administrative staff, in turn, ensure the orderly, safe and efficient operation of educational environments such as the navigation laboratory, the bridge and GMDSS simulator, and the training vessel. In this context, they carry out the maintenance and inspection of equipment; support the preparation of practical courses, the implementation of occupational health and safety rules, materials–equipment management and documentation processes; and provide technical and administrative support to students and academic staff.
