The program trains "Food Technicians" who have the knowledge, skills, and competence to take the responsibilities in food safety.
Istanbul Aydın University Anadolu Bil Vocational School Food Technology Program has laboratory facilities for the students to consolidate the theoretical lessons learned in practice. Some chemical and microbiological food analyzes are made with basic glass materials and devices in food analysis laboratory and basic processes (dairy products, fruit and vegetable processing, cereal processing, table olive, jam, tomato paste and pickled vegetables) are done in food processing laboratory.
