İstanbul Aydın University Faculty of Medicine aims to educate competent, ethical, and socially responsible physicians through a contemporary approach to medical education. With a student-centered educational model and an integrated curriculum, the faculty develops preclinical and clinical skills early on while promoting interdisciplinary learning, teamwork, leadership, and crisis management abilities. In research, the faculty prioritizes societal benefit, supporting translational medicine studies with modern knowledge and technologies and introducing students and academic staff to a research culture from the early stages. Additionally, the faculty seeks to contribute to society through sustainable projects and multi-stakeholder social responsibility initiatives, while enhancing academic collaboration at both national and international levels.
