In our program, a student representation and feedback system is implemented to ensure students' active participation in educational processes and to incorporate their opinions and suggestions into decision-making mechanisms. At each class level, a class representative and a deputy representative are appointed, through whom students' requests are regularly communicated to the program chair.
Regular meetings are held between student representatives and the program management. During these meetings, academic processes, course contents, practical applications, and student expectations are discussed. The opinions and suggestions conveyed in these meetings are evaluated by the program committees, and necessary improvement actions are planned accordingly.
To support students' academic, professional, and personal development, academic advising services are provided. Students are able to share any issues, suggestions, and feedback individually through their academic advisors. In addition, systematic and regular data are collected from students through course and instructor evaluation surveys, program and satisfaction surveys, and online feedback forms.
Improvements and revisions made in line with the collected feedback are communicated to students, thereby promoting transparency and a continuous improvement approach. Through this structure, students are involved not only as participants in the educational process but also as active stakeholders contributing to the development of the department.
