The Coaching Education Program academic staff consists of a total of 9 faculty members: 1 Professor, 1 Associate Professor, 4 Assistant Professors, 1 Lecturer, and 2 Research Assistants. In addition, the academic staff is supported by faculty members assigned from outside the unit in areas where they are needed to enhance the quality of courses and practical training.

The academic staff is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating education and training activities, as well as preparing and updating course content, conducting theoretical and practical training, carrying out measurement and evaluation processes, and monitoring students' academic development. In addition, they contribute to the academic quality of the program through scientific research, project development, and social contribution activities.
