Within the scope of the Coaching Education Program, various collaboration and application structures have been established to strengthen interaction with the industry, improve the quality of education and training processes, and develop students' professional competencies. Within this scope, Stakeholder Meetings are held regularly with relevant industry stakeholders; at these meetings, the industry's current needs, expectations, and suggestions are gathered, and the feedback obtained is evaluated in the process of updating the program's educational content and improving the quality of education.

Collaborations with industry representatives support students' application-based learning processes and enable them to gain field experience. Through these collaborations, students have the opportunity to observe and experience professional practices in the field.

As part of the program, internships are conducted to reinforce students' professional knowledge and skills. Students complete their internships at institutions and organizations relevant to their fields, thereby applying their theoretical knowledge, developing professional responsibility, and enhancing their ability to adapt to the work environment. Internship processes are monitored and evaluated in line with program objectives.

In addition, the Coaching Practice Commission established within the department is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the practice and internship processes. The commission works to direct students to appropriate practice areas, ensure coordination with the industry, and increase the effectiveness of the practice processes.Resim 19.jpegResim 19.jpegResim 19.jpeg
