The Nutrition and Dietetics (English) Undergraduate Program within the Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Aydın University has been structured with a quality assurance and accreditation-oriented approach since its establishment. The program is expected to graduate its first cohort in the 2028–2029 academic year, and accordingly, the accreditation preparation process is being carried out in line with the standards of the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Health Sciences Education Programs (SABAK) and the quality assurance framework of the Council of Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK).
Program objectives, learning outcomes, and course contents are reviewed on a regular basis, and assessment and evaluation processes are implemented through an outcome-based approach. The academic staff, physical infrastructure, and practical training facilities are continuously evaluated in accordance with the principle of continuous improvement..
