Graduates

Within the scope of alumni communication, feedback, and monitoring activities, graduate tracking practices are conducted regularly and systematically in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Political Science and International Relations (Turkish) Program and to ensure its continuous development. In this process, feedback obtained from graduates and relevant employers is collected through structured tools and incorporated into the program's evaluation and improvement mechanisms.

Graduate tracking activities are carried out in an integrated manner with assessment and evaluation practices, the academic advising system, student feedback, and internal stakeholder reviews. This holistic approach contributes to strengthening the program's quality assurance framework and to the evidence-based improvement of teaching and learning processes. Through this structure, graduates' employment status, professional competencies, and alignment with program learning outcomes are monitored on a regular basis. The resulting quantitative and qualitative data—such as graduate and employer feedback, course learning outcome analyses, course evaluation surveys, and student performance indicators—are effectively used to operate continuous improvement cycles at the program level.

In this respect, the department continues its activities with a governance approach that treats the monitoring of graduate performance as an institutional responsibility, reflects stakeholder feedback in decision-making processes, and aims to ensure the sustainable development of the targeted graduate profile.
