Graduates of the Istanbul Aydın University Business Management Undergraduate Program are considered among the main stakeholders of the program, and graduate-related data are regularly monitored within the framework of quality assurance and monitoring processes. The number of graduates and graduation rates are systematically tracked on an annual basis. These data are analyzed by class level, academic year, and program, and are used in the evaluation of the program’s outcome performance. Graduation data enable the monitoring of the program’s capacity to graduate students within the prescribed period. These data are reviewed and evaluated by the department boards within the framework of the Student Input–Output Evaluation Reports prepared each academic year and the statistics obtained through the University Information System (UBIS). These quantitative indicators contribute to the holistic monitoring of the program’s student admission, academic progression, and graduation processes, and provide input for institutional and academic quality assurance mechanisms aimed at monitoring teaching and learning processes and evaluating program learning outcomes.
