Employers & Sectoral Partners

The Istanbul Aydın University Business Management (Turkish) Undergraduate Program maintains continuous and structured collaborations with the business world and sectoral stakeholders in order to enable students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application. These collaborations strengthen the practice-oriented structure of the program and support the employability of graduates after graduation. Within the scope of the program, internships, field applications, sector meetings, and career events are organized through partnerships established with private sector representatives, employers, professional organizations, and various industry stakeholders. Through compulsory and voluntary internship programs, students have the opportunity to directly experience professional life. These processes are carried out in coordination with academic advisors and relevant administrative units. In addition, the program benefits from the opinions of external stakeholders in order to reflect sectoral developments and the expectations of the business world in the curriculum. The contributions of employer representatives and industry professionals provide input for updating course contents, increasing the practical orientation of the program, and supporting continuous improvement processes. This ongoing interaction with employers and sectoral stakeholders contributes to maintaining the program’s relevance, enhancing students’ professional competencies, and strengthening university–industry cooperation.
