Employees

The academic staff, who constitute the main internal stakeholders of the Business Management (Turkish) Undergraduate Program, are responsible for ensuring that program competencies are acquired by students; preparing course contents in line with current scientific developments and sectoral needs; conducting measurement and evaluation processes in a transparent manner aligned with learning outcomes; supporting academic advising, graduation projects, and career guidance activities; and contributing to feedback mechanisms for the continuous improvement of the program.

The academic staff consists of professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and research assistants, whose fields of expertise are aligned with the program courses. The scientific publications, research projects, and sectoral experience of the academic staff support the practice-oriented structure of the program. The curriculum is delivered by qualified faculty members in accordance with the program’s educational objectives and learning outcomes, and the alignment between course contents and program learning outcomes is monitored through institutional mechanisms. Within the academic advising system, students are provided with guidance on course selection, academic progress, and graduation processes. Course achievement, student feedback, and the level of attainment of program learning outcomes are regularly evaluated by the department and faculty boards, forming the basis for the continuous improvement of teaching methods and assessment processes.

In addition to its academic structure, the program offers students a comprehensive support ecosystem through strong cooperation with the university’s administrative units. Coordinated efforts with the Erasmus Office, Career Center, Student Affairs, Financial Affairs, and the Faculty Secretariat ensure the effective management of students’ academic, administrative, and career processes. This integrated structure strengthens the sustainability of the program and enhances the quality of the student experience.
