Students

The Business Management (English) Undergratuate Program is administered through a participatory governance approach that recognizes students as primary stakeholders and actively involves them in decision-making, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. The program maintains continuous, multi-channel, and direct communication with students.

To ensure prompt and effective communication, class-based WhatsApp groups are established, enabling rapid responses to students' academic, administrative, and social inquiries. In addition, an International Student Representation System specifically monitors the needs of international students, conveying their academic, administrative, and social concerns to the faculty management and supporting a multicultural and inclusive learning environment.

At each class level, class representatives elected through democratic procedures—selected from both domestic and international students—serve as the official communication channel, conveying collective academic and administrative requests to the faculty management. To support the adaptation of newly enrolled students, a mentoring program is implemented, in which selected third- and/or fourth-year students guide first-year students on academic procedures, course selection, campus life, and university culture.

To monitor teaching quality, classroom academic observation is conducted through course visits by teams of academic staff, and the findings are used as inputs for quality assurance and improvement activities. Furthermore, regular meetings are held between students and the Rectorate Student Representation and the Dean's Office to directly communicate expectations, satisfaction levels, suggestions, and feedback to the administration.

Through these multi-layered student engagement mechanisms, students are positioned not only as recipients of education but also as active stakeholders who contribute to the continuous development of the program.
