Graduates of the Business Management (English) Undergraduate Program are among the program's primary stakeholders, and data related to graduates are monitored within the scope of the program's quality assurance and monitoring processes.
Graduate numbers and graduation trends are systematically tracked and reported on an academic-year basis. Graduation data are analyzed by class level, academic year, and program, and are used to evaluate the program's output performance. These data enable the monitoring of the program's capacity to ensure that students complete their studies within the expected timeframe.
Graduation rates and the number of graduates are reviewed and evaluated by departmental boards based on the Student Input–Output Evaluation Report, which is prepared at the beginning of each academic year, and statistical data obtained from the University's institutional information system (UBIS). These evaluations are used to monitor the continuity of students' academic progression and graduation processes within the program.
Quantitative data related to graduates contribute to a holistic assessment of the program's student admission, progression, and graduation processes and are considered an integral part of the monitoring and evaluation activities conducted within the scope of quality assurance.
Within this framework, information related to graduates is reviewed through institutional and academic mechanisms for the purpose of monitoring the program's teaching and learning processes and evaluating the achievement of program learning outcomes.
