The Business Management (English) Undergratuate Program maintains strong and systematic engagement with employers and sectoral stakeholders in order to ensure that academic education is aligned with the changing expectations of the business world. Within this framework, an External Stakeholders Meeting and Academic Sustainability Workshop was held on 25 December 2025, with the participation of senior executives, sector representatives, professional organizations, and academics. 

The workshop, conducted on the axis of Decent Work and Innovation, provided a platform to evaluate employer expectations of graduates, future skill requirements, and necessary revisions in academic curricula in response to economic, technological, and organizational transformations. Feedback collected through panels, workshops, and structured evaluation surveys directly informs curriculum development, learning outcomes, and quality assurance processes, strengthening graduate employability and sectoral relevance.
