The internal stakeholders of the Business Management (English) Undergraduate Program consist of the academic staff involved in the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the program, as well as the relevant administrative units that support the operation of the program.

Academic staff are responsible for the development and continuous updating of the curriculum in line with the program educational objectives and program learning outcomes, the delivery of courses, the planning of assessment and evaluation processes, and the monitoring of student achievement. Within the program, academic staff are employed in the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Research Assistant, and this diversity of academic ranks supports the academic quality of the program and the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes. Courses are taught by faculty members who are academically qualified and competent in their respective fields, thereby ensuring alignment between course content and program learning outcomes. Academic staff actively contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Through department and faculty boards, course success analyses, student feedback, the level of achievement of program learning outcomes, and curriculum coherence are regularly evaluated. Based on these evaluations, decisions are taken regarding updates to course content, improvements in teaching methods, and the enhancement of assessment and evaluation practices. Academic advising is among the core responsibilities of the faculty members involved in the program. Students are guided on course selection, academic progression, graduation requirements, and career planning. This guidance supports students in completing the program successfully and within the prescribed duration. Academic staff also contribute to the Business Management (English) Undergratuate Program through research activities, professional development, and interaction with external stakeholders. These contributions ensure that the curriculum remains aligned with current developments in the field of business, contemporary management practices, and global academic standards. The scientific research and professional experience of academic staff are directly reflected in teaching and learning processes, thereby strengthening both the academic depth and practical relevance of the program.

In addition to its academic structure, the Business Management (English) Undergratuate Program offers students a comprehensive education and support ecosystem through its strong cooperation with the university's administrative units. The Erasmus Exchange Office encourages student participation in international mobility programs and contributes to the development of students' intercultural competencies and academic perspectives. The Career Center supports students' transition to professional life through internship and employment opportunities, career days, employer networking events, and career counseling services. The Student Affairs Office ensures the smooth operation of registration, course selection, graduation, and academic procedures, providing rapid solutions to administrative issues encountered by students. The Financial Affairs Office manages tuition, scholarship, and payment processes in a transparent and systematic manner, enabling students to proceed confidently in their financial affairs. The Faculty Secretariat facilitates academic–administrative coordination and contributes to effective communication between students, academic staff, and the administration. Continuous and coordinated cooperation with these administrative units strengthens the sustainability of the program and enhances the overall quality of the student experience.
