Academic and administrative staff involved in the Classroom Teaching Program are key stakeholders in achieving the program's educational, research, and community service objectives. The program is run by academic staff who are experts in their field and have pedagogical competence. Academic staff play an active role in planning and conducting courses, implementing assessment and evaluation processes, coordinating teaching practices, providing student counseling, and conducting quality assurance activities aimed at continuous program improvement. In addition, academic staff contribute to strengthening the program's academic quality through scientific research and professional development activities.

Administrative staff support the effective and orderly execution of education and training processes; they ensure the continuity of academic and administrative processes in areas such as student affairs, academic calendar, teaching practices, correspondence, and institutional coordination.

The cooperation between academic and administrative staff is important for the effective management of the program and the sustainability of the quality assurance system; duties and responsibilities are clearly defined within the framework of relevant legislation, university guidelines, and faculty practices. Within the Erasmus+ program, many of our faculty members from the Faculty of Education have participated in exchange programs at various universities across Europe. In this way, our faculty members, who have gained insights into diverse and current educational approaches, enhance the quality of both their own education and the teaching at the faculty through the collaborations they have established.
