In the Classroom Teaching Program, students are recognized as key stakeholders in the education and teaching processes. Student participation in decision-making and improvement processes is facilitated through student representation, regular feedback mechanisms, and various participation channels.
Student representatives, elected at the beginning of each academic year within the program, participate in meetings at the department and faculty levels and convey student opinions to the relevant boards. Through these representatives, students' opinions and suggestions on academic, administrative, and social issues are regularly collected. Course and instructor evaluation surveys, program evaluation surveys, and satisfaction surveys are used to collect student feedback. The data obtained is used to identify the program's strengths and areas for improvement, and to provide input for continuous improvement efforts.
In addition, students can directly communicate their opinions and suggestions through the counseling system, department meetings, email, and online communication channels. Student participation is considered a fundamental component of the program's quality assurance processes. In this context, teacher candidates are included in the Erasmus exchange program and interact with individuals and institutions at international conferences organized by the faculty.
