Manager’s Message

There is a need to assess the quality of products and/or services in any industry. We cannot be sure of the nature of products and services that are not evaluated. It is impossible to develop products and services of which we are not sure of the quality.

The education sector is the primary field in which human behaviors (cognitive, affective, motor) are subject to measurement and evaluation. The main stakeholders of the education sector are students, parents, teachers, instructors, and administrators at all levels.

The Measurement and Evaluation, Research and Application Center aims to support the evaluation studies of services and to shed light on the studies that increase the quality based on the opinions and perceptions of the stakeholders of various public institutions and organizations, especially our university and state and private schools.

In order to realize this primary purpose, our center; will develop, adapt and implement various measurement tools, improve the qualities of existing measurement tools and present the results of measurement applications to the interested parties.

In addition, it will research various variables that affect the quality of the educational environment and processes and share these results in printed and digital environments.

In order to improve the quality of education, our center offers various school development seminars, consultancy, courses, etc. activities will be carried out.

Unless the information from scientific studies is shared and integrated with life and related systems, it does not provide the desired benefit. That is why scientific

knowledge and experiences will be shared by organizing scientific meetings such as various conferences, congresses, symposiums, and panels.

In conducting these studies, scientific and ethical principles will adopt a functional approach based on cooperation and sharing.
