In every sector, there is an essential need to evaluate the quality of products and services. Without systematic evaluation, quality cannot be assured, and what cannot be assessed cannot be improved.

The primary domain where human behavior (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) constitutes the subject of measurement and evaluation is the education sector. The foundational stakeholders in education are students, parents, teachers, faculty members, and administrators at all levels.

The Measurement and Evaluation Application and Research Center aims to support service evaluation studies and provide insights into quality improvement initiatives, primarily for our university as well as various public institutions, state schools, and private educational institutions, drawing upon stakeholder feedback and perceptions.

To achieve this core objective, our center will:

1. Develop, adapt, and administer various measurement instruments, enhancing the quality of existing tools and delivering actionable results to key stakeholders.
2. Conduct research on factors influencing the quality of educational environments and processes, sharing findings across print and digital platforms.
3. Organize school development seminars, consulting services, training courses, and related activities to advance educational quality across our university and affiliated primary and secondary institutions.
4. Host academic gatherings—including conferences, congresses, symposia, and panels—to integrate scientific knowledge with practical applications.

In all endeavors, we adhere to strict scientific and ethical standards, grounded in a collaborative and transparent working culture.
