Workshop

Within the scope of the following themes, it is a group of 16-20 people, about 3 hours of hands-on group activities that support personal development and awareness.

The workshops will be conducted in two groups. (Workshops Three sessions of practical and theoretical training are held together on the same day.)

Workshops for students

  1. Confidence Themed Workshops (How much trust in whom, in whom, is confidence self-confidence?)
  2. Communication (Themes of interpersonal relations will be discussed)
  3. Well-being (Psychological well-being awareness studies)
  4. Love / Attachment / (Who are we falling in love with?)
  5. Procrastination (Inability to set a goal, not be able to continue when it starts, etc.)
  6. Perfectionism (Which do you choose, positive or negative?)
  7. Emotions (Recognition, understanding, regulation and ability to express emotion will be emphasized)
  8. Courage (taking risks, power, and reviewing life motivation)
  9. Forgive/Repair
