Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To gain the ability of using, length, measuring and controlling angle, surface roughness, dimensional and geometric tolerance values and also to gain the habit of using it.
Course Content To use ruler, calipers, micrometers, passimetre, passametre, universal squares, parallel-sided glass, and profilometer.

Weekly Course Subjects

1The definition of measurement and control, length measurement units of measurement and measurement errors, and proximity to the actual value.
2Varieties of calipers shape, parts and varietieis. (1:10 mm, 1:20 mm, 1:50 mm Calipers) and sensitivities.
3The definition of 1:10 mm Calipers. Reading the application of different measures. The definition of 1:20 mm verniyerli Calipers and measurement of it.
4The definition of 1:50 mm verniyerli Calipers. Reading the application of different measures. Calipers for measuring the use of Inch (1:32 "1:64", 1:128 ")

7Comparators, using and measuring the comparators
