Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Computer-aided drawing of machine parts and assembly drawings together with drawing rules to provide technical communication in Automotive Technology.
Course Content	Technical drawing tools, paper standards, line types and thicknesses, projections, first region based view extraction and drawing rules, front top and top views, use of AutoCAD, bolt and nut and washer drawing rules, bolted and nut fastening pictures, shafts, wedges and gear wheels and their assembly pictures. Drawings of other machine parts.

Learning Outcomes

Students have knowledge of all kind of parts,components and systems and subsystems of vehicles based on the principals and teoretical functionality in terms of heat, thermodynamics, pressure, substances, strenght and mechanic area.
Students have the knowledge of the history of internal combustion engines, is based on knowledge of the theoretical and physical issues.
Students have at a sufficient level knowladge of the computer-aided design of automobile parts.
Students have the knowledge about fundamental concepts of marketing
Students have the knowledge of storage on the use and application information of systems and computers programs
Students have the knowledge of total quality management system.
Students recognize vehcile's working principles relating with , mechanical and electrical systems / components .
Students recognize the parts used in automobile supplies
Students recognize the specification of the different fuels are used on automobiles.
Students have the skill of knowledge of to collect and evaluate and interpretation automobiles failurs on the topic of maintenance and repair.
Students has the knowledge and skills to carry out activities within area of responsibility in a team work
Students identify and determine the all kind of vehicles defect that may occur mechanicaly and electonicaly on the vehicles by objectively and subjectively and reports them releating department and persons.
Students draw the technical pictures of automobile parts.
Students use the equipment and technological tools (measuring, checking instruments and testing devices) relating with repair, maintenance of automobile.
Students market the parts of automobiles and automobiles.
Students tell the knowledge and skills of him on motor vehicles and technological developments on the person and groups and make team work.
Students identify problems and solutions related searches for unforeseen situations on motor vehicle related studies
Students have the knowledge and skills to carry out activities within area of responsibility in a member of a team
Students have the knowledge of working principles of the internal combustion engines and refrigeration systems, the resistance of objects, materials, and knows the issues of thermal sciences
Students have the knowledge of automobiles and principals of working systems of the automobile sub systems and components.
Students know sufficiently usage of computer programs on 2 and 3-dimensional view related to occupation.
Students have the general knowledge of computer use,like Word, Excel, Power point programs .
Students have the ability to make communication visually, written and verbally.
Students have sufficient consciousness on the universality of social rights, social justice, quality culture, professional ethics, cultural values and environmental protection

Students have the knowledge and awareness on issues related to the field, occupational safety, occupational health and environmental protection
Students have the ability to make optimal valuation and sales and marketing on all kinds of vehicle spare parts
Students with the knowledge of basic computer usage, have the ability to use software and hardware required by the professio
Students have the ability to repairs automobile failures and maintenance so for the purpose.

Weekly Course Subjects

1	Technical drawing tools, paper standards and line types and thicknesses.
2	Projections. Horizontal, face and profile planes. Use of the first zone.
3	Demonstration of drawing examples of Front, Top and Solyan (Profile) Views.
4	Opening AutoCAD 2023, general description of the tool and status bars, pull-down menus and command line in the interface. Drawing file opening, memorizing and opening the saved drawn image.
5	Draw toolbar introduction and drawing Line, Ray, Construction Line, Multiline, Polyline, Polygon Rectangle from commands.
6	Arc, Circle, Spline, Ellipse, point and Hatch commands and drawing making.
7	Modify commands demonstration.
8	Drawing with modify commands and draw commands.
9	Examination of appearance extraction examples on computer.
10	Bolt, nut and washer dimensions and drawing rules.
11	Connecting two parts with bolts, Computer drawing of the picture of connecting two parts with bolts and nuts.
12	Shafts and Gearwheel drawing.
13	Gear wheel drawings.
14	Examination of assembly drawings.
