Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	In this course; The aim of this course is to gain qualifications related to quality assurance and standards in business life.
Course Content	Continuous improvement (kaizen), customer orientation, prevention, team work, process approach, importance of education, total quality management, professional standards, exceeding production, consumption and management models.

Learning Outcomes

Possesses fundamental, up-to-date, and practical knowledge related to their profession.
Has knowledge about occupational health and safety, environmental awareness, and quality processes.
Follows current developments and practices in their profession and utilizes them effectively.
Has the ability to independently evaluate professional problems and issues with an analytical and critical approach and propose solutions.
Effectively uses information technologies (software, programs, animations, etc.) related to their profession.
Solving complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to their field.
Is aware of career management and lifelong learning.
Possesses social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values during the stages of data collection, implementation, and dissemination of results related to their field.
Can effectively present their thoughts in written and verbal communication at the level of their knowledge and skills, expressing them in a clear manner.

Performs mathematical calculations and basic static and strength calculations related to their field.
