Students

Students are considered the primary internal stakeholders of the program and actively participate in quality assurance and decision-making processes.

  • Student Representation: Elected student representatives attend Faculty and Departmental Boards, directly reflecting student needs, requests and feedback within the decision-making mechanisms.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: At the end of each academic year, comprehensive student evaluation surveys are conducted to assess course content, instructional methods and infrastructure facilities. Additionally, the Education and Assessment-Evaluation Commission monitors the examination and evaluation processes to ensure they are conducted with fairness and transparency.

Engagement Channels: Interaction with students is maintained through the University Information System (UBIS), Electronic Document Management System (EBYS), SMS, institutional email and social media platforms. Furthermore, periodic meetings with academic advisors serve as a vital channel for students to share their perspectives and insights regarding the educational processes.
