Student participation in the Child Development Undergraduate Program is regarded as a fundamental element that enhances the quality of the program. Students are not only recipients of education but also active stakeholders whose views are taken into account in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program. In this context, a regular and structured communication mechanism is established between program management and students through student representatives.
Students’ evaluations of educational and instructional processes are systematically collected through course and instructor evaluation surveys, end-of-semester feedback practices, and official student representation channels. The feedback obtained is analyzed and incorporated into program
development activities with the aim of updating course content, diversifying teaching methods, and improving learning environments.
In addition, students contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by sharing their opinions and suggestions regarding applied courses, field experiences, internship processes, and activities aimed at developing professional competencies with the relevant academic commissions. This participatory approach supports the establishment of a sustainable quality culture that promotes the training of qualified, ethical, and practice-oriented graduates in the field of child development.
