The Child Development Undergraduate Program maintains active interaction with employers and sectoral stakeholders in order to strengthen the alignment of its education and training processes with professional requirements and current practices. Within this framework, the program is conducted in direct collaboration with public institutions operating in the field of child development, private special education and rehabilitation centers, preschool education institutions, healthcare organizations, and relevant units within the field of family and social services. The opinions and feedback obtained from sectoral stakeholders are taken into consideration in the development of the program’s educational components, particularly in relation to practical courses, internship processes, field experiences, and the evaluation of graduate competencies. These interactions support students’ more effective preparation for professional practice and contribute to the acquisition of knowledge and skills that are aligned with the current needs of the field. Furthermore, communication established with institutional representatives during internship and practical training processes enables the collection of structured feedback regarding students’ professional competencies. The feedback obtained is used for the regular review of the curriculum and for strengthening the practice-oriented educational approach. This approach supports the continuous monitoring of the alignment between the Child Development Undergraduate Program and sectoral expectations, as well as the ongoing improvement of the quality of education and training.
