Graduates

Within the scope of graduate communication, feedback, and tracking activities, graduate follow-up studies are conducted on a regular basis in order to support the effectiveness and continuous development of the program, and feedback from graduates and employers is systematically collected and integrated into evaluation processes. Coordinated alongside assessment and evaluation practices, the academic advising system, student feedback mechanisms, and internal stakeholder evaluations, these processes contribute to ensuring the program's quality assurance and to the evidence-based development of the educational system.

Through this structure, graduates' employment status, professional competencies, and alignment with program learning outcomes are monitored, and the resulting quantitative and qualitative data—such as graduate and employer feedback, course learning outcome analyses, course evaluation surveys, and student achievement data—are utilized in the operation of continuous improvement cycles at the program level. In this way, the department operates within a responsible governance framework that regularly monitors graduate performance, incorporates stakeholder perspectives into decision-making processes, and aims to ensure the sustainable development of the intended graduate profile.
