The Department of Public Administration carries out alumni monitoring activities and stakeholder feedback processes with a systematic approach in order to increase the effectiveness of the program and ensure the continuity of educational quality. Employment data of our graduates and the sectoral expectations of employers are regularly collected; the feedback obtained is directly integrated into the program's academic evaluation and curriculum update processes. Operated in coordination with the academic counseling system, student satisfaction surveys, and internal stakeholder evaluations, this structure ensures the quality assurance of the program and serves the evidence-based development of the educational system.
Through this systematic structure, the professional competencies of our graduates in both the public bureaucracy and the private sector, as well as their alignment with the program outcomes, are meticulously monitored. The quantitative and qualitative data obtained (employer interviews, course learning outcome analyses, and student achievement statistics) enable the effective operation of continuous improvement (PDCA) cycles at the departmental level. Thus, our department operates with a transparent and accountable governance approach that closely monitors graduate performance, reflects stakeholder opinions in decision-making mechanisms, and aims for the sustainable development of the targeted "visionary public administrator".
As a practical application of these activities, an 'Alumni Networking Event' was held on November 12, 2025, for our department graduates. Within this framework, the career progression of our alumni was evaluated, and a professional exchange of knowledge and experience was facilitated between our current students and graduates. This meeting provided an effective platform for monitoring the professional standing of our alumni and incorporating their insights into our educational processes.
