Educational Environment and Technological Infrastructure
The main objective of the Department of Public Administration is to educate visionary graduates who possess strong analytical thinking skills, adhere to the principles of public ethics, are well equipped in contemporary management sciences, and are capable of effectively using digital technologies in public services. In line with this objective, the Department is supported by physical facilities, a strong technological infrastructure, and rich academic resources designed to contribute to the achievement of educational goals and learning outcomes. Core courses aimed at developing general competencies make use of the shared faculty infrastructure, enabling students to benefit from a comprehensive academic and technical support system.
The Central Computer Laboratories are equipped with statistical analysis software and data mining tools and are actively used, particularly in applied public policy and financial analysis courses. The University Library provides access to up-to-date printed and digital academic resources in the fields of public administration, political science, law, and economics, while study halls and silent study areas support both individual and group work. In addition, group study rooms with an online reservation system offer students a planned and efficient research environment.
All classrooms are equipped with smart lectern systems, internet-connected touch-screen computers, integrated audio systems, and high-resolution projection devices. Integrated with smart board applications, this infrastructure enables the digital delivery of course content, simulations of e-government applications, and hybrid teaching models, thereby directly supporting the Department’s digital competency goals. Moreover, classrooms provide a modern, spacious, and comfortable learning environment with climate control systems and ample natural lighting.
